2021 can't come fast enough for many reasons. Although we don't want to wish our time away, we are hoping 2021 will bring lots of good things to everyone.

For Learys Liquor Cabinet 2021 will mean half of a century in business. 50 years of knowing you all and growing within the Darien and Noroton Heights community.

As most of you already know, big changes are coming to Heights Road. We are hoping to celebrate our 50 years with you all by revisiting old photos of stores from yesteryear. Maybe even share some funny stories too. You can share either in comments or via Direct Message.

Who remembers Chris and Rose Weldon's Height's Hardware? I do and have fond memories of it too.đź’š

If in your research you do come across some old pictures of Learys Liquor Cabinet, formerly known as Fitelson’s Liquor Store, we'd appreciate you sharing them with us either in-store where we can take a picture of them, or online here in your comments. Use the hashtag #Learysliquorcabinet50

Before Heights Road changes, let's remember how it was. I will share all information I learn from reading

Edmund F. Schmidt's

with you all.

Be well and stay well!
