    We deliver to the entirety of Darien, CT.

    If your address has an 06820 zip code, we can deliver to you for a flat fee!

  • What's your policy on returns?

    Unopened spirits may be returned for a full refund. Defective wines, beers, spirits, and sakes may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

    This is all subject to restrictions, of course, and you can find our full policy below.

  • Can you get me a bottle of XYZ?

    Yes! We can accommodate all special orders if the product is available with one of our distributors.

Our Full Return Policy

Unopened spirits may be returned for a full refund.

All sales are final on wines, beers, and sakes and they may NOT be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.

However, defective wines, beers, spirits, and sake may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. (Subject to the restrictions below.)

If You Bought Too Much

To make event planning easier, Leary’s accepts returns on unopened bottles of spirits for any events we assisted in planning. If you have spirits left over after an event we helped plan, you may return them, along with your original sales receipt, for a full refund within 5 days of purchase.

We believe that proper storage is crucial to the quality of wines, beer, and sakes, and since we cannot control how items are stored after they leave our store, we do not issue refunds, credits or exchanges for wines, beers, or sakes.

If You Bought a Defective Item

Leary’s stands behind all the wines, spirits, beers, and sakes we sell. If you open a bottle and find that it is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a bottle of equal or greater value. The exchange value is based upon what you paid for the defective item, NOT the item’s price the day you return it. If you exchange an item for one of greater value, you will be asked to provide the retail price difference, along with any applicable taxes, at the time of the exchange. We do not issue store credit.

Since we cannot control how bottles are stored once they leave our possession, we will only accept bottles for exchange within 5 days of purchase.

Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our staff, and must be accompanied by your original sales receipt.
